My Story…

Since buying a Union Loom at an Amish auction in 2013, my passion for fiber arts has grown steadily. I started with weaving, embroidery, sewing, and decoupage, but soon began experimenting with different techniques. Now, I focus mainly on sculptural embroidery, a form of free motion sewing.

Over the years, I've transitioned from local craft markets to art fairs and gallery competitions. I stay connected to the art world through memberships in Fiber Art Now, Wisconsin Visual Arts Association, and the Oshkosh Art Collective. You can find some of my smaller works on this website.

Texture is a key element in my fiber art pieces, creating depth and contrast. While I usually prefer natural fibers and neutral tones, I also enjoy using bold colors to make a statement. Each piece I create is driven by a unique inspiration, pushing me to explore new possibilities.

If you're interested in following my artistic journey, you can connect with me on Facebook or Instagram for updates, or sign up for my quarterly newsletter.
